A very quick video about installing a fantastic tiling window manager in Ubuntu GNU/Linux. The advantages of i3 are: a. It tiles automatically, making sure you're using your screen efficiently, and b. It's designed so that your fingers never have to leave the keyboard, which means you're generally MUCH faster at "getting stuff done" than weaksauce, wobble-kneed GUI users who have to hunt around with their mouse and click on tiny icons like professional sharpshooters, before they wait for Unity to finish murdering all of their video memory to distract them with snazzy transparency effects while accomplishing nothing. ...I feel better now. i3 is great; try it.
