Ukrainian forces reportedly struck a Russian training camp on a beach in Kherson Oblast with Himars. #Himars #Ukraine #Kherson A Russian military blogger claimed that Ukrainian forces struck a Russian training camp on Dzharylhach Island in the Black Sea 70 km southeast of Kherson City. The Ukrainian frontline positions are reportedly at least 60km from the training camp. Ukrainian forces are thought to have conducted the strike with long-range high-precision munition Himars. The Ukrainian Resistance Centre reported that Ukrainian citizens in the area provided information to the Ukrainian armed forces about the location of the camp. Russian troops recently established the camp to allow for Russian forces to undergo rehabilitation and recovery and to increase the training level of troops. Ukraine's Ministry of Defense has just unveiled striking footage that appears to capture a Ukrainian HIMARS rocket attack on Russian artillery in eastern Ukraine, specifically within the Donetsk region, an area previously annexed by Russia. It is claimed that up to 200 of Vladimir Putin's men were on the occupied Dzharylhach Island when the strikes occurred. HIMARS is getting closer to getting another ammunition that is expected to significantly enhance its lethality. Extended Range or ER-GMLRS test has been conducted at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. A HIMARS was used to fire the rocket which flew to its maximum range of 93 miles (150 km). This is the first time a flight trajectory this long was achieved with this rocket. Pouvoir Fou De HIMARS Le M142 HIMARS, High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, est un système d’arme relativement récent. Lockheed Martin a commencé son développement en 1994, puis sa production a débuté en 2003. D’un point de vue idéologique, il s’agit d’un système mobile classique de lance-roquettes multiples fondé sur un châssis à trois essieux FMTV, qui permet le transport aérien par des avions de transport Hercules C-130. Le HIMARS est le petit frère du M270A1 MLRS, Multiple Launch Rocket System. Ce dernier est monté sur des chenilles et dispose de deux fois plus de munition. Le HIMARS dispose de six missiles, tandis que le M270A1 MLRS en possède douze.
